Books R Tremendous Inc has been formed with the sole purpose of promoting and encouraging Self Improvement, Personal Growth & Development to the people of Barbados. BRT began as a Customer Member Book Club providing books and educational material to members and the public. The books and educational material we offer cover issues relating to Personal Development, Self Improvement, Money Management, Health & Weight Management, Motivation & Inspiration and the development of Positive Mental Attitudes in people.

BRT's founder is Kenneth Griffith ACSM/HFS, and NSCA-CPT.With over twelve years experience as a Certified Health/Fitness Professional, Kenneth seeks to further show his love for people by establishing a company that will assist the people of Barbados in living happy, healthy, fulfilling and productive live. Books R Tremendous Inc is a member based company dedicated to creating and sustaining opportunities for members to realize tangible returns on their member investment. This concept is founded in our company’s philosophy: To help yourself, you must help people: For when you help people, you help yourself.

OUR MISSION
Our mission is to develop a culture of personal growth and excellence; to develop positive mental attitudes in people that will create in them the desire to succeed; and to instill discipline in people that they can WIN in every aspect of their lives.

We believe we will accomplish our mission via three primary means.
  • By providing Books, CD’s, DVD’s, Cassettes and other educational material.
  • Through our personal development, self-improvement and personal leadership programs.
  • By hosting seminars/workshops and programs that support our mission.

WHAT WE DO
In addition to the books, Books R Tremendous offers further education through Audio CDs, DVDs, Cassettes, and Videos. We also offer other personal development material which cover personal growth, self improvement, personal leadership and success. We believe that academic qualifications and intellectual knowledge, as well as the knowledge and real life education received from the world’s best authors, trainers, teachers and writers in the industry of personal development, are key to developing the minds of our fellowman to attract success in their lives. The real life education we promote covers areas such as personal leadership, communication, networking, time management, self-discipline, and so on.

Adopted Charity
In our efforts to give back to society and to help others, we at Books R TremendousInc have chosen the Barbados Cancer Society as our Adopted Charity to which we will give quarterly donations from our membership and from purchases made with Books R Tremendous.

Seminars & Workshops
Books R Tremendous Inc is committed to bringing this life changing education to the people of Barbados which we believe will contribute to the growth and development of our nation.

This real life education will also be brought to the public through workshops, seminars and other events sponsored by Books R Tremendous Inc. These empowering and rewarding programs are held in association with other companies and organizations who share our vision, and who will contribute to developing minds and attitudes for growth and success. Social Events and Other Programmes
Books R Tremendous Inc will host and sponsor events that will bring readers, members and the public together.
