The Concept
The Fun Fit Retreat is a weekend getaway of health, wellness, fitness, fun and more fun at one of Barbados’ leading hotel and beach resorts. Our aim is to bring together families, friends, exercise enthusiast, and anyone willing to begin a journey of health and wellness, and provide them with expert guidance in nutrition, exercise and weight management in a comfortable, relaxed setting under the theme, “FITNESS DOES A BODY GOOD”
The Fun Fit Retreat is a fitness getaway that combines 18 hours of structured fitness activity with healthy meals and beverages daily. You will enjoy a variety of activities and exercise sessions including but not limited to Yoga, Pilates, Personal Training, Boot Camp, Beach Volley Ball, Water Sports, Indoor Games (including Air Hockey, Foot Ball, Pool, and Table Tennis), Socaerobics, Core Conditioning Classes, Hiking, Pool Activities and much more. Laugh and sing in the fun, exciting karaoke session. Enjoy dinner by candle light or relax with a spa treatment and or in the sauna.
