Program Purpose
To reduce the percentage of overweight individuals in our population by promoting physical activity and proper nutrition
The Program
The SMALLEST WINNER series will run for 12 weeks with 8 workouts per week totaling 96 workout sessions. Each workout session will challenge the participants to work as hard as they possibly can for a period of one hour. The series will begin with a weigh in and body testing session where baseline measurements, statistical data and photos will be taken for each participant. Each participant MUST be screened and cleared for physical activity by a physician and MUST sign a waiver of release upon registration. All participants must agree to have their before and after picture taken and posted on our website.
The workouts
Participants in the program will be challenged by a series of safe but intense workout sessions for the duration of the series. These workout sessions are designed to encourage maximum caloric expenditure for each session while challenging the cardio respiratory and muscular skeletal systems. Workout sessions will be conducted seven to eight times weekly for duration of one hour each session and will consist of free weight training, body weight training, running/walking, beach training and agility training. Our workout sessions will be done in an indoor and outdoor environment. To be eligible for prizes, each participant should complete a minimum of 40 sessions. The program will feature a first, second and third prize winner. No one will be eliminated from the program except in cases where a person’s health hinder's participation or our policies are violated.
Workout times
Each exercise session will be conducted in the evening beginning at 5.30 pm and on designated mornings at 5.00 am. In cases where there are increase numbers, additional classes will be scheduled to accommodate the increase in participants. Workout days will be between Mondays to Fridays and Saturday morning beach training/coaching session will be held from 6.30 am to 7.30 am
The meal plan
Each participant will be guided by a dietitian recommended meal plan and weight loss guide. This meal plan will provide guidance and direction on the daily caloric requirements necessary to facilitate the weight loss effect and is individualized to meet the specific caloric needs of each member. The plan will provide daily guidelines for three meals and two in between meal snacks. Specific guidelines will be provided for the daily amount of water. There will also be healthy tips provided on how to get the most out of the meal plan and the program.

SMALLEST WINNER Policies & Procedures
ALL payments are prepaid.
Full payment for the program is required on registration.
Participants are required to attend and complete at least 50% of the sessions to be elligible for the ultimate prize.
Participants MUST agree to have before and after picture taken.
The winner of the SMALLEST WINNER program will be posted on the website.
Participants should make all efforts to attend as many sessions as posssible to derive maximum benefits from the training. The program will not be extended to accomodate travel or any other cause for absence.
A waiver MUST be signed by all participants on the program
All participants MUST fill and complete a medical history form, Physical activity readiness form, and a lifestyle questionaire and a comprehensive fitness assessment which includes body fat measurements, skinfold measurements, muscle analysis, circumference measurements, body weight and body mass index
Mutual respect by all should be given to other participating members on the program
Prizes are awarded to first, second and third places only.

We will help you to plan these extra activities and workouts so you can complete them easy. Giving your all to training is very important in your pursuit of fitness. This does not mean that on some days you won’t feel tired or low on energy. When this happen feels free to talk to us, we will make any necessary adjustments to your program.
