Adrenalin Boot Camp is a fifty two week program which runs throughout the calendar year. The program which incorporates resistance training, running/walking and beach/outdoor training, is designed to increase resting metabolism allowing you to get fit quicker, reduce blood pressure and cholesterol, burn fat more rapidly and to ensure the weight loss effect in just eight weeks. Here are some of the amazing results you can get on this program.
